Background: Breast cancer is the most frequent malignancy among women all over the globe. The albumin/globulin ratio (AGR) is a simple and cost-effective inflammatory measure that correlates with cancer patient prognosis and treatment response. Aim: To evaluate the prognostic impact of albumin to globulin ratio on the outcome of women with metastatic breast cancer. Subjects and methods: This study was a retrospective analysis of sixty female patients diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer treated in medical oncology department Zagazig university from January 2015 to December 2017. Several variables were anonymously extracted from patient medical record, then was translated by applying receiver operating curve
