Abstract

Background
Risk stratification for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and prediction of coronary artery disease severity (CAD) add a valuable benefit to the management and prognosis.
Aim
We aimed to evaluate the relationship between P wave peak time (PWPT) on surface electrocardiography and Gensini score (GS) of coronary atherosclerotic lesions in AMI patients.
